Cancellation: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice so we may reschedule another time for you. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, there may be a charge.

Terms & Conditions: Balia Wellness Center, LLC provides this website and its products and services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit our website, participate in programs offered by us, or purchase products or services from us, you accept our terms and conditions.

General Safety Information: The use of aromatherapy and dietary supplements are not a substitute for medical care. It is important to contact your provider for a diagnosis and work with a qualified practitioner. If you are pregnant, have a seizure disorder, liver or kidney disease, or other major medical problems such as diabetes, hypertension or cancer, it is important to contact your provider before using dietary supplements or essential oils.

Regarding essential oils and dietary supplements: These products have not undergone clinical trials nor have they been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates can be used for all services, products and gratuity. Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Payment: Cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment. Personal checks accepted by discretion.

Cellular Phones: To maintain a relaxing environment within the center, we kindly request that all cellular phones be silenced.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in our service prices. 15-20% is customary.

Product Returns: A receipt is necessary for all returns. No returns after 30 days. Due to health standards, we can not return an open product.
