What is Personal Training?

Personal Training can be many different things. You can choose to train several times a week, if you like, or train once or twice a week. You can also train once every two weeks or even once every month just to get a great workout, make changes to your program to make sure you're progressing and experiencing results.

What are the Benefits of Personal Training?

You will receive personalized attention, education, guidance, motivation, support and inspiration in your quest for better health and fitness. You will also be held accountable for achieving your goals.

Included as part of a regular personal training program are regular fitness and postural assessments, a challenging, dynamic, creative and safe total body workout. Always personally designed to effectively and efficiently meet your goals and needs.


What is Group Training?

With Partner/Small Group Training, you can access the knowledge, dedication and expertise of a certified Personal Trainer and add the energy and support of friends. Since the group is small, you still get attention so you know you are working efficiently and will get results, and it keeps the sessions affordable since you're sharing the cost.


What's Better - Private Training or Partner/Small Group Training?

I find a combined approach works best. Working out one-on-one with your trainer ensures that you still receive individualized attention which will help you master your exercise technique and will allow your trainer to monitor your program. Compliment your private training workouts by participating in a group training workout during the week.

You'll enjoy the variety of programming, the energy and the social atmosphere in a group. Some people can't afford regular private training. In this case, group training is perfect. You'll get great results by just staying consistent to the program. And then, of course, there are some people who don't enjoy working out in groups and should choose private training.

Private Training

$55 per Session

Partner or Small Group Training: Organize your own group of friends or family to workout together, or we can put a group together for you.

2 Participants $33.00/session
3-4 Participants $22.00/session

Note: A minimum of 1 month of consecutive sessions must be purchased for 2 or more Small Group Training. Reserved scheduling must be adhered to. Initially, a private session(s) is recommended for each participant.
